I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Citradream Bintaro. The location is excellent—strategic and close to many places, including a nearby mall with plenty of dining options. The staff were helpful and the service was very good. My room was spacious and clean, though the bathroom walls in the shower area had some white and yellow buildup that needs more attention. The bed was fresh, but the pillows and pillowcases, as well as the towels, seem due for replacement. Breakfast was decent, though the buffet area needed more cleaning and the toaster wasn’t working. Overall, I was satisfied with the price, service, and location.
Simple but excellent in service... free flow drinking water and services were excellence for us, room so comfy.. just need improvement for TV, really blurry all channels.

Great location at South Tangerang. Integrated with shopping mall, close to commuter train station and other facilities makes it was a good choice.
A nice budget hotel. The room is a bit small. Bathroom is small and standard. Room, linen and towel is quite clean. Amenity and breakfast is minimalist. The service is good, the staff are friendly and the place is next to a mall, so you do not have to worry about food.

I stayed at Citradream Hotel Bintaro last Saturday to accompany my best friend who didn’t want to stay in a hotel alone. The hotel is pretty standard, located by the roadside and shares a parking area with Plaza Bintaro. The room was just okay. It wasn’t very spacious, but it was comfortable enough for a short stay. As a budget hotel, it’s decent, but I honestly think it could be better. In my opinion, Amaris offers a slightly better experience in the same price range. Overall, it’s a fair option for a simple stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
